These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the C&J LLC website and personal coaching services. By accessing our website or enrolling in coaching services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

1. Services Description

C&J LLC provides personal coaching services designed to help individuals achieve personal and professional goals. Services include:

• One-on-one coaching sessions via phone, video, or in person.
• Personalized coaching plans with goal-setting and accountability frameworks.
• Ongoing client support including session follow-ups and progress reviews.
• Customer care communications, including appointment reminders and scheduling updates via SMS where consent has been provided.

2. Coaching Is Not Therapy

Coaching provided by C&J LLC is not therapy, counseling, psychiatric care, or professional legal, financial, or medical advice. If you need mental health support or other professional services, we encourage you to seek appropriate licensed professionals.

3. SMS Terms

SMS messages from C&J LLC may include:

• Appointment reminders for upcoming coaching sessions
• Coaching session scheduling updates or confirmations
• Follow-up support messages related to your program
• Responses to questions submitted through our contact or booking forms

SMS messages are used exclusively for customer care purposes. They are never used for advertising, promotions, or marketing.

• Consent: Consent to receive SMS is voluntary and is not a condition of receiving coaching services.
• Message Frequency: Message frequency varies depending on your coaching program and session activity.
• Message & Data Rates: Standard message and data rates may apply.
• To Opt Out: Reply STOP to any message at any time. You will receive a final confirmation and no further messages will be sent.
• For Help: Reply HELP or email support@candjllc.com.
• Carrier Liability: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• Data Sharing: We do not sell or share your phone number with third parties for marketing purposes.

Example SMS messages you may receive:

• "Hi [Name], this is a reminder about your coaching session tomorrow at 3 PM. Reply HELP for help or STOP to opt out."
• "Hi [Name], your coaching call has been rescheduled to Thursday at 1 PM. Reply STOP to opt out."
• "Hi [Name], thanks for your question. Your coach will follow up shortly. Reply STOP to opt out."

4. Eligibility

Our services are available to individuals who are at least 18 years of age and legal residents of the United States. We reserve the right to decline services at our discretion.

5. Session Bookings & Cancellations

Booking a coaching session creates a scheduling commitment. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before a scheduled session may result in forfeiture of that session. We will make reasonable efforts to reschedule when possible.

6. No Guarantee of Results

Coaching outcomes vary by individual. C&J LLC makes no guarantee of specific results. Your progress depends on your engagement, effort, and circumstances. All coaching services are provided on a best-efforts basis.

7. User Conduct

You agree not to: provide false information, use our services for unlawful purposes, harass staff or coaches, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, design, and coaching materials — is owned by C&J LLC or its licensors. You may not reproduce or distribute any content without written permission.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant uninterrupted service availability or specific outcomes from coaching.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, C&J LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Clark County, Nevada.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance. The "Last Updated" date above reflects the most recent revision.
